Customer agrees to the following: No credit card refunds. No cash refunds. No refunds at all. All sales are final, only store credit. No cake looks exactly like model on net. Erotic Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays. When delivery is attempted, & the customers not home, there will be a fee. If customer requests to cancel contract after customer signs contract, there will be a fee.
